  8.   SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTORS

  10.   Anyone wishing to charge people a fee for giving them a copy of Super
  11.   Retriss must have the written authorization of the author, without which,
  12.   the distributor is guilty of copyright violation. To receive such
  13.   authorization, send a letter requesting it, including name of the
  14.   organization, your name, address and signature,  along with a copy of your
  15.   software library's order form to:

  21.   Also, include this paragraph in your request :

  23.   In return for the right to charge a fee for the distribution of the
  24.   program Super Retriss I agree to comply with the terms of distribution,
  25.   as the author requests.

  27.   Include $35 to cover the cost of processing the application and of
  28.   sending you the latest version of Super Retriss.

  30.   If you have previously included Super Retriss in your software library
  31.   and paid the processing fee, send only $10 to receive the upgraded
  32.   version (in case you haven't received it already at no extra charge!).

  35.   TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF SUPER-RETRISS

  38.   1. The fee charged may not exceed $7, including postage, and/or
  39.      any other charges.

  41.   2. Your library's catalog or listing must state that this program is
  42.      not free and the user must register it if she or he wishes to keep
  43.      using it.

  45.   3. The offering of Super Retriss will be stopped at any time the author so
  46.      requests.

  48.   4. Copies must be made from the copy of Super Retriss sent to you with this
  49.      agreement. This is required for control purposes.

  51.   5. Problems or complaints will be reported to the author for resolution.
